Description: SURFACE PRETREATMENT LINES



A quality painting process depends on a quality and suitable surface pretreatment process. Before painting process, parts should be cleaned from the oil, dirt, rust, etc. and powders should be provided to hold on the surface of the material by a high-quality surface pretreatment process. When the surface pretreatment process is applied before painting, painted surface has 250 hours of salt resistance test after iron-phosphate process, and 500 hour after zinc-phosphate process. Surface pretreatment has some different process such as iron-phosphate, zinc-phosphate, nano-ceramic and chromate, and one of those processes is advice by our technical team according to materials type, cleaning, thickness etc. to provide required painting quality. Preference of dipping or spraying type pretreatment depends on capacity and material dimensions.



Surface cleaning systems aim to perform a successful painting operation by cleaning the material surface from dirt, oil, rust etc. and providing a good adhesion to the surface to prevent any oxidation against the environmental conditions.
